I recently bought a cheap amplifier to test and use with some old speakers I had sitting around. What I can say is that the amplifier is very good, with a clean and pleasant sound.
Assembly is very simple. It does not include an installation manual, but it is easy to understand. The larger screws go on the base, the golden spacers go on each corner, and the 4 smaller screws close the case at the top.
It also came with a heatsink that was not shown in the photos. It has adhesive and sits between the 2 green capacitors in the image above. Just remove the sticker and attach it. I did not notice heating during my tests. Later I may add a cooler and/or thermal paste under the heatsink if it gets hot, but so far I have not seen the need.
On Bluetooth you should find 2 connection points: XinYi, used for playback, and Sinilink-APP, used with the app. In short, pair both.
