Fix Wi-Fi AX210 card speed

I recently bought a PCE-AX210 card on Aliexpress and had a speed problem. None of the tests I tried solved it.

First I checked the drivers. I downloaded the latest version from Intel's website, but the problem persisted.

I tested a command in CMD as administrator, still without success.

I also tried disabling power saving mode in Device Manager, also without success.

Finally, the solution was this: in Device Manager, select the Wi-Fi card (Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz), go to Advanced, and change the MIMO Power Save Mode property to No SMPS.

After changing this setting and running a new bandwidth test, the problem was solved.
