Vivo – Ownership confirmation

I was recently surprised by this message that appears in Meu Vivo when logging in with my data for a mobile line I owned. Vivo is simply canceling lines and assigning them to other numbers without the owner's consent.

The justification is line inactivity, even though I received no message informing me about this deactivation. This complaint is more of a warning for anyone who has a prepaid line and has not added credit for a while. The company does not help at all, considering I sent emails, posted on Reclame Aqui, and tried other channels.
