Fix error: “Error initializing Java Runtime Environment. You may need to reinstall Flash”

Same error as: "Error initializing Java Runtime Environment. You may need to reinstall Flash."

My environment:

Windows 10 x64

Adobe Animate CC 2019 v19.0.0

Java and Flash installed

What I tried that did not work:

1. Reinstalling Flash

2. Reinstalling Java

3. Changing the jvm.ini file by adding a higher or lower value, or deleting it

4. Deleting Adobe folders in %appdata%

5. Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 and 2010 packages. In my case, they were already installed.

Solution:

1. Disable Java automatic updates.

2. Reinstall Adobe Animate CC 2019.

Cause:

For some reason, when Flash updates, it corrupts some Adobe Animate configuration. After trying several procedures I found online, this was the only thing that solved it.
